Hotel Kañik – Non-Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
Reservation Policy
At Hotel Kañik, we are committed to providing quality service and guaranteeing room availability for every guest. Therefore, all confirmed reservations are subject to the following policy:
1. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest receives the official confirmation from Hotel Kañik and the corresponding payment or deposit has been processed.
Once a reservation has been made, the guest has forty-eight (48) hours to complete the required payment or otherwise confirm the reservation in accordance with the hotel's instructions. If payment or confirmation is not received within this period, the system may automatically release the reservation. Hotel Kañik reserves the right to make the room available for sale again without prior notice and accepts no responsibility for any loss of availability resulting from the released reservation.
2. Non-Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no full or partial refund will be granted, regardless of when the cancellation is requested or the reason for the request.
3. Date Changes
Hotel Kañik may authorize one (1) date change provided the request is received at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in date and is subject to room availability.
Conditions:
• Only one (1) date change per reservation.
• Requests must be submitted in writing (email or the hotel's official WhatsApp).
• New dates are subject to availability.
• If the new stay falls within a higher-rate season, the guest must pay the applicable rate difference.
• If the new stay falls within a lower-rate season, no refund or credit will be issued.
• A date change does not constitute a cancellation and does not entitle the guest to a refund.
4. Requests Made Less Than 30 Days Before Check-in
Date change requests received fewer than thirty (30) calendar days before check-in cannot be processed. The reservation will remain non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. No Show
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered used and Hotel Kañik will retain 100% of the amount paid. The room may be offered for sale beginning the following day.
6. Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for unused nights if the guest chooses to end the stay earlier than originally booked.
7. Force Majeure
In duly documented force majeure situations, Hotel Kañik Management may review each case individually. Any exception granted shall be at the sole discretion of the hotel and shall not constitute a precedent for future reservations.
8. Acceptance of the Policy
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this Non-Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy.
